$21 go a long way.....

Has most know, I've been pulling 12 hour shifts lately. Things should start to fall in place now. Started training the night shift on the new equipment ahead of schedule and that is going to help relive time for upgrades during the day.
But since I’m about 4 days behind schedule (production schedule) I've asked the employees on the new line, if they could work today (Saturday).
To my surprise most showed up. Don't understand, the supervisors have been complaining that can't get people to do overtime!!!
Well for coffee break I went to get 4 dozen donuts and had one of the supervisors make 3 pots of coffee.
Was nice to see their appreciation for the gesture. And that is the least I can do. They came in, and yes they get paid for those hours, but they are also helping me bring this project back into schedule.
25 days since installation and we are at 75% max volume. Hopping to reach max volume by Thursday next week.
Still have one machine that is 12% above TAC time, but the news parts should be in on Tuesday.

Have been playing only about 1/2 to 1 hour per day

Have to finish this thing off before Halo3 Beta starts

Now back to work........
