Yes, this place has no DSL or Cable, I can only get Sat internet or try ATT's new wireless data service. (voicestream, verizon and nextel all just suck in my neck of the woods).
EMBARQ sucks ass. I'm working on an old copper fed slic out of a CO that itself fed with an by a Paper Cable (you can see the air manifolds all up the highway into town ). Haven't these clowns ever heard of Fiber Optics? WTF it is 2007..........Its like Medieval Times " Embarq on a journey into the past".
