Warning: Incoming Vent

Its Tuesday, I am in a bad friggin mood.   So, why not purge it out, not that I will feel any better.

Here's the run down.

I screwed up my right forearm and wrist (Insert masturbation jokes here) last week, I figured it was just a sprain, since I have had a problem with that since I was 18 when I dislocated my wrist (don't ask) and I sprain it easily, usually it doesn't even slow me down.  This time it seems to have gone froma  sprain into tendonitis(sp?).  Which would be fine and dandy if I wasn't a Ultrasound tech, so I kinda need my arm and wrist to...ya know, work.  Sadly, I am in charge(chagrin) and I can't reasonably take any time off to heal since its so busy here and I have children as employees. 

My senior secretary fell at work last week and is out for shoulder injuries for at least a week.

My one tech is out till Thursday because sadly her father passed away on Saturday and I have to do her job and mine now(not a issue with her, just the luck of it all)

My Nurse's mother-in-law passed away last week, so she isn't at full capacity (not a issue with her either, just luck of it all)

My grandmother's Alzheimer's disease has hit full swing and I had to be introduced to her on Easter, which was a little emotionally draining for me to say the least. 

I have to get my Lab re-accredited by its governing body, which is going to ccause me to be stuck at work later and doing even more work.

I'm broke until Thursday.

My fucking arm is KILLING ME, and I can't get anyone here to even act like they want to give me a hand with anything...

AHHH FUCK!

Now we see what 5000 posts can do to a person's body. :) Seriously, RICE - Rest, Ice, Compression, Elevation. Get a wrist brace (someone where you work might be able to tell you where to get one). Take a break from unnecessary typing (like typing reports, just post here). Ask for an ergo eval. of your workstation. Stretch multiple times a day. And for god's sake, STOP PLAYING GUITAR HERO!
