My Attempt to download Blastacular Halo2 map on 4/18/07

7:30 am – Going to start the download Blastacular before I leave for work.

Can't download Maps. Premium Purchases are not enabled for the Xbox Live account. To make premium purchases with the account enable Premium Purchases in Account settings in the Xbox Dashboard.

8:00 am - work

12:00 pm - Lunch.  Go home call 4MyXbox. Get someone I can't understand.  After explaining all the steps again. He checks the account and says that they didn't do something correctly last night.  Recover my Account and wait 15 minutes.

1:00 pm back to work

4:50 pm - Call 4MyXbox. Get someone I can't understand.  Tell them to cancel the account.. She transfers me to support.
          I explain the situation yet AGAIN.  She tells me to go to account management on my XBOX and enable premium purchases.  I CAN' T DO THIS.  I tell her that I can't do this.  I am stuck .  I can't do this on a XBOX original and I can't do it on a 360.  SHE HANGS UP ON ME......

I never cursed.. I never hollered.  I never yelled..  and she hangs up on me.

5:10 pm - Call Go home call 4MyXbox.  CANCEL THE ACCOUNT.   Do not transfer me to tech support cancel the account.

Bye Bye Stats.  Bye bye Friends.  Bye bye settings.

Microsoft support sucks.  I pointed out their own KB articles and they got mad.
