Just What Is Classic Rock?

So the other day I was out in the woods working with my chainsaw and listening to the local "classic rock" radio station on my ear muff/radio set.  They play what I guess you would call is the traditional classic rock bands - CCR, AC/DC, Van Halen, Cream, The Eagles, etc.  Good stuff.

Then all of a sudden this song comes on:

Now, I may be an old fogey but ANY song whose videos has BOTH The Coreys in it by definition CANNOT be called classic rock.

What do you think?

Any rock music over 20 years old is considered classic. At least it is in my music collection. If I cared who sang/made the music more than the quality of the music itself, I wouldn't have an Queen, Bob Seger, David Bowie, Elton John or Mick Jagger in my collection.

I think that some DJ was trying to play a prank on the listeners to see how many responses he/she would get... :) :)

The video is a cover of an old classic rock tune, so did they play the 80's version or the 70's one?

Yeah that's a load of shit. What a joke. When I think of classic rock, Rolling Stones, Sabbath, Santana , Kiss come to mind. Not those two douchebags.
