It's Raining Again

I drove slow past the creek on the way to work today, on account of the rain. The front yard is already saturated to the point of the water not soaking in. Looks like a rice paddy.

I'm wondering if I shouldn't be at home packing the house, especially now that I know nothing inside is covered. As bad as having the garage flood was, having the house flood would be worse. We'd literally just lose everything we have.

Forecast says it's supposed to rain for the next five days...

And the people here in GA are dealing with an extreme drought. This sucks.

Damn, when I first read that headline, I thought it said "It's Raining Men." I was thinking Laud was making a visit or something.

I suggest getting your stuff outta there, it doesnt look good up here either. Dunno if you saw it on the news but up in NE OK Dewey there was a flooded house that caught caught fire? Fire fighters couldnt get to the neighbor hood b/c the road was flooded.
