How many business cards have you gotten where the company name was accompanied by a fuzzy animal?
Animorphic logos are mostly use by the smaller company, i.e. Fox Plumbing, and for those who have reached terminal creative block, deciding that a bird or a dog will look good. Everyone likes animals....right? There are a few well known brands that have held on to their pet fancy - some with good reason. You should recognize all of the brands below, but can you name them? (without help from the web)

animorph logos

"If I had any idea how important that little rabbit was going to be, I probably would have redrawn him a dozen times to make certain I was doing him justice, and I suppose none of those versions would have turned out as well as the original. As it was, I did one drawing and that was it. I probably spent all of half an hour on it.'

All my company has is a stupid umbrella. And they had the audacity to compare its presence to the Nike Swoosh.

I won't embarrass my company by posting its logo, but my wife's company's logo is pretty hot. I believe it was done by Paul Rand. http://www.morningstar.com/?pgid=hetoplogo

@mac79: Let's see about that... Novo Nordisk Novo adopted the logo in 1925, when the company first began manufacturing insulin, soon after the discovery that injections of the hormone could save the lives of people with diabetes. Merril Lynch 1974 Symbolizing growth, strength, optimism and confidence, the Bull logo is introduced and becomes the trademark on which all of the financial service subsidiaries of Merrill Lynch & Co. will be identified. So who ripped off who?? :P
