Oh boy here we are Week 3 without the 360. Of course the system died out right before Tenchu Z came out....Between that and Overlord I had a nice couple of weeks planned out. Now I have to wait until Microsoft sends my system back (which could be Wednesday but then I wouldn't actually see the system until at least next Monday). I guess I can't complain too much...that's what gave me the time to sign up here and meet folks. I've met some interesting characters on this site so far. This question goes out to my married folks....how does the 360 online service (as well as say this site or any other online chat forum site) interfere or not interfere with your relationship with your significant other? In my particular case it took a lot of getting used to...until I bought her Tetris (she won't be able to play it though until the system returns). I'm interested to know your comments....

My wife is not a gamer but she knows about everybody here that I am friends with (except for Phreaks :) j/k). I tell her all about what is going on in people's life and she has become very understanding. I can use gamertags and she is not weird about and sometimes ribs for it. I have tried to get her into gaming and it is not her thing but she watches me play sometimes and is always interested in who is who. The main thing for me is that I do not post anything I would not want her to read. She has to be able to trust me so I need to make sure I do not break that trust. Communication and openess is the key.

Yeah what he said. :) Also, I'm lucky enough to be married to someone who supports my gaming. She used to play some games with me, but the kids take up a lot of her time and when she has free time there's other stuff she'd rather be doing.

See you guys are lucky. My wife is absolutely gorgeous and yet has such an inferiority complex that she's threatened by any female I play games with online. I'm a huge spades player and have the vision camera as well. If there are a room full of guys she's cool but if a female is playing she sits there with an attitude....personally I think it's childish as all hell. She swears I'm going to meet a female online that I think is more attractive than she is and try to leave her...very insecure.
