Wedding Video Blunder :(

So I get a call telling me that my wedding video has been ready for pick up for a few months and I had totally forgot about the video. So I go and pick it up and the lady behind the desk hands me a dvd now I had ordered 4 dvds and the source dv's and in my mind I was like "what the fuck!". I asked her to please check in back again even though she said she was quite sure that that was all for my order. She comes from the back with a bag for me, I am relieved, I look through the bag and its all there, 4 dvd's, source dv's, pictures and weddig invitation.

I get home and pop a dvd into the 360 and the menu stutters, pop it in my xbox 180 and the menu stutters, into my macbook and the menu stutters, in my xp desktop and menu stutters. I try this on all four copies of the wedding dvds. The actual wedding part plays fine, its just that damn menu messes everything. This is totally unacceptable and in the morning they are getting a call because I want this corrected. I mean didn't they play the dvd once it was finished to make sure it played correctly.
