E3's come and gone...so what do I think?

Now that E3 has come and gone, here are some of my thoughts....

My most anticipated games for Xbox 360 (in no particular order & regardless of release date):

• Halo 3
• Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare
• Half-Life 2: Episode 2/The Orange Box (though it's going to be hard not playing this on PC!)
• Burnout Paradise
• Too Human
• Assassin's Creed
• Bioshock
• Star Wars: The Force Unleashed
• Rock Band

Of those games above, the ones I definitely want to buy:

• Halo 3
• COD4: Modern Warfare
• Assassin's Creed
• Half-Life 2: Episode 2
• Rock Band
• Star Wars: The Force Unleashed

Worst announcement during E3:

• Gears of War for PC will have 5 new campaign chapters, a new multiplayer mode, and cross-platform Live capability. This sucks for the 360 owners because this means we will either likely never get this new content, have to pay for it, or wait for it to be included in the inevitable Gears of War 2. It also sucks because the Longshot with a mouse will pwn in Versus mode!

Best announcement during E3:

• COD4 and EA Sports games will run at 60 fps!!! Oh, and the guys at Bungie have some special, as of yet unrevealed goodies for Halo 3 multiplayer...at least that's what I picked up from one of Frankie's interviews on G4.

Funniest moment of E3:

• Peter Moore accidentally pausing the game during the live on-stage demo of Rock Band.
