So why is it that when I go to buy a video game, out of the thousands and thousands they produce, I get the one that dosen't load in my machine, the defective one? Amazing, however that's not so bad, it's the return process that gets me.
I had to exchange a game that I purchased at Wal-Mart. I walked in the door and was greeted by an older woman employee, who was standing near the long return line. I asked her if I could just go back to the electronics dept. and exchange the game. She said no that I would need to wait in the return line. Well Ok. I waited the ten minutes in the line, when it was my turn the clerk said just take the game back to the electronics dept. and exchange it. I have a freind who has a name for this type of thing he calls it " BOZOISIM IN AMERICA" I can't think of a better name for it!
