Oops, I did it again.

A note to self:

From this point forward when going down into the basement, please remember to wear shoes and not just socks.  When you wear socks, you slip on that third step, which tends to pitch you forward.  And that nice soft carpet you have on the floor all nice and plush...is covering a concrete slab that your house sits on.  If you were to impact onto that shoulder first from the third step after slipping on said step in your socks, which I told you not to wear.  Well, you will vomit from the pain in your arm.  Then there is the 100 buck co-pay for the ER visit you will have to have because you can't feel your arm.
