Projector & Dishwasher

The good news:  my HD projector should be back to me from the Panasonic service center today.  They replace the iris assembly, optical block, the main board, and the lamp -- essentially everything but the case.  The cool thing is that the lamp had 830 hours on it and the lamp warranty expires at 500 hours, yet they replaced it for free.  Normally, the lamp would have been $399.

The bad news:  my dishwasher has turned into my kitchen floor washer.  I've done everything I can do to try to repair it myself.  I feel like Scrat in Ice Age 2 when he's trying to stop the water from leaking through the glacier wall.  Every apparent leak I'd caulk would cause it to start leaking somewhere else.  It's a 9 year old dishwasher and I don't feel like dumping a couple hundred into repairing it, so this afternoon, I will go dishwasher hunting.
