I traded a couple of games in over the weekend, and bought Dead Rising.  I had rented it when it first came out, enjoyed it, but I didnt want to pay $60 for a game w/no online play, so I waited till the price dropped, it did, and I got it for $12.  Nothing beats killing a wall full of zombies with a lawn mower!!!  I have a coupe questions on the game....is it possible to save everyone thats not zombified?  And whats up with the Japaneez tourists in the book store?  I couldnt get them to follow me.  And has anyone here killed all 56,000 zombies?  Just curious..........any other hints would be helpfull also.

Guess I'm gonna have to get Bioshock as well, the demo is awsome, freakin gorgous game, but I might have to wait a couple of weeks, because I promised the lady I would buy her Forza 2 next.

Stay tuned for my band's "Shadowgrove" music to be put up here some how in a week or so.

That is all

I know a few people who have killed over 56000 zombies but they used a glitch that allows you to turn off the missions so you can spend the three days just killing zombies.

From what I've read this game has some of the hardest achievements to get. You pretty much have to decide at the beginning of a game which ones to go for. You don't have enough time to get it all done on one go. As far as killing so many zombies, there is an underground car tunnel packed wall to wall with zombies, the best place to kill tons. If you plan on doing the achievements, better stock up the printer and put on your reading glasses because you're going to need all the help you can get.

Yep, it's possible to save nearly everyone but you have to be focused and running from point to point to do it. The first time you playthrough, just have fun and try to get some of the objectives done. You really can't get hardcore into it until at least the second playthrough, when you've leveled up a bit. As for the japanese tourists...if I remember correctly, they are found in a bookstore--if you look around you may find something to help you communicate with them :)
