All in all though, this was a pretty good game...I'm not sure that I would give it a 9 or 10 out of 10 that some reviews did, but it's definitely a strong 7 or 8 in my opinion. The story was good, and near the end, there's a twist that I didn't expect, but it did capture my attention again as I was starting to get bored with the game. And the achievements aren't that hard, so if you are a gamerscore leech like I am, there are some easy points.
Now for the bad part...check out the copy of a post I put on the Xbox.com forums below. Hit the jump at the bottom to see some of the answers the community gave me and my responses!!

OK...time for some venting here. I finally finished the game after playing it little by little over the past 2+ weeks. (I actually rented it instead of buying it...oh, the late fees...)
Check my gamerscore and achievements I've earned you'll see that I'm missing 5 of the 50 achievements. Even more
!!
One of those remaining 5 I knew I wouldn't get one, since I chose not to play through on hard but on medium. I just thought that hard would take a little extra time and since it was a rental, well you get the idea.
After checking some guides and doing some research, it turns out that I missed 1 Tonic in the game and it happened to be within the first 4 levels. I missed the Tonic Collector achievement by one...I couldn't believe it. So I loaded up the level where I missed that 1 tonic and went and grabbed it hoping to unlock that achievement. Guess what?? Yep, no achievement...what a rip!!
I couldn't believe that they coded this game in such a way that you had to collect all those 53 tonics, in order, in one "playthrough" if you will to get the achievement!!?! I was thinking I could just go back and get the ones I missed and it would unlock!
Come on, 2K, check out how to collect Cog Tags in Gears and you'll see how it should be done. I didn't even bother to look for which audio diaries I missed because of this (and it's my fault for not taking enough pictures of security bots and the nitro splicer, so I'm not complaining about). But, was anyone else caught off guard by this, or am I just overreacting???
