Shared on Thu, 09/20/2007 - 11:50I woke up feeling nostalgic today in one of those '80s kinds of moods. So, I went digging through the music collection to find something inspiring driving music. Any recommendations from today's list?

I'm sure Swamp Dogg's album is probably fantastic, because hey, he's got a giant rat and everyone knows that's one of the cardinal rules of being awesome. I have a soft spot for Devastatin' Dave because when I was in the 5th grade, I told my mom that I wanted to grow up to be a turntable slave (sadly, I didn't have the grades for it). "Can I Borrow a Feeling" is probably pretty good too because feathered hair+sleeveless shirt is a sure fire recipe for mind blowin' 80s tunes, although I am a little disturbed by the fact that I can't tell if he's looking at me or the side of his own nose. I love that Kenny Loggins album cover because I keep staring at it hoping to catch a glimpse of Falcor, Atreyu, or even the Childlike-Empress. But from a "feel good" point of view, I will admit to be leaning towards "Night Rocker" by the Hoff as of this writing, because -look at it- it HAS to rock. The Hoff never lies...
