Shared on Sat, 10/06/2007 - 12:03We got teddybear back from the hospital and life has returned to some semblance of order. Actually, it feels somewhat like I am living in a parallel dimension. The somewhat chaotic routine of our family life has returned but underneath the surface things feel very different. Something happened to me emotionally on the inside from having teddy almost die on me, not sure if it is good or bad. For now though, I will take the gift of life I have been given and try and make the most of it. I haven't had much time to play Halo3, I just feel too tired after all is said and done at the end of the day but hopefully I will get some time in tonight. Thanks again for all your thoughts and prayers. I will say when I have gotten to play it has been a blast.
I would like to split this into two blogs but my home computer isn't back from the shop so I need to consolidate. OMM is hands down the best clan ever. Proof for the scoffers. Times have been tough kinda tough for the us. but one clan member paid to bail out our 360 from the pawn shop AND sent us a copy of Halo3. Tait sent us his 'extra' 360 and ANOTHER copy of Halo3 so no more split screen (and accusations of screen looking/cheating) for the Cap'n and Teddybear. All we have to do now is get it set up and we shall face each other on equal grounds; may the best woman or teddybear win!
But back on topic; not to mention the pile of ecards and one bouquet of flowers sent to the hospital. Or King Bayman's visit. Even Gaius wanted to send him a stripper gram but I had to draw the line somewhere. There is only so much excitement a sick bear can take.
Oh and one last thought. You want to see an angel? Meet a nurse. I have always admired Pearly but now I am in awe of the profession. The nurses at the hospital saved my husbands life and I will forever be grateful.
