Busy times

I know I haven't blogged for a while. I've been busy working with this outplacement operation, Right Management, taking classes on networking, resume building, interviewing, negotiation, etc. I was referred to an executive recruiter who is working with Rockwell Automation. They are looking for some senior Quality / Six Sigma / Lean people and I read one of their job postings that looks like it was written specifically for me. Anyhow, I left a message for this guy today -- and he does a lot of work with Right Management, so hopefully I'll hear from him soon.

I did the first three lessons out of Mark Kistler's upcoming book and he told me that he was impressed with my drawings and that he'd love to see what I'm capable of if I dedicated a full 2 hours to a single drawing. I'll post the pics of my drawings from the first few lessons later this week. In the meanwhile, here is a video Mark just posted on YouTube:

Man, why do I always have such a hard time getting videos to post?

Okay, I got it. It seems like whenever I first put a video in my blog, it just shows up as the text. If I create a bogus forum post, then copy and paste it into my blog, it works. Go figure.

Are you using IE? I was told it doesn't work properly from IE.

@MTK - yes, I'm using IE. The only workaround I've found is the one I described above.

Well you beat me. The only workaround I ever found was to let a mod change my post. Now i use firefox and things are all just dandy.
