Last night, I got a call from the lead "talent recruiter" for Rockwell Automation.  We had a great conversation that ended with him telling me that he would have my resume on the top of the pile of the VP of Human Resources desk first thing this morning.  He said that I may get a call for an interview as soon as this afternoon.  I will be in an executive networking meeting this morning, but this afternoon, I'm going to have to do as much research on Rockwell as possible.

Now for the drawing.  Mark Kistler's upcoming book starts with the concept of shadow to create depth.  Then he adds size and placement to the mix.  The first couple of lessons begin with drawing spheres -- first one, then two, then three.  Finally, you make something like this group of boulders.  I noticed if you turn your head to the side, they could look like scales...
