Yes... The checkbox is there now, but does nothing at the moment. In the future it will serve to denote a particular blog entry as NSFW... D

I think we need a standard definition of what this site would consider is NSFW. Obviously, outright nudity would be NSFW. But what about bikinis / underwear? Some places may consider those NSFW, while others may not. NSFW is a vague concept which I think we need solid guidelines for.

I agree with Soup...I think you could say "if you wouldn't want your co-workers to see you in the clothes in the picture, It's probably not safe for work." Then people could err on the safe side.
