Ringtones

So I get the work cell.  Mojo421 turned me onto this cool site that lets you create and then post your own ringtones, so I make some up here:  http://www.mytinyphone.com/p/my-phone/ringtones/?user=2o2ppp2  (feel free to use them if you like)

Now the problem is I can't figure out how to get the damn things on my phone.  My phone account isn't signed up for email access so I can't email them to myself.  The one kid at work said he could put them on his phone if I emailed them to him and then transfer them to my phone, but he hasn't gotten around to it.

So the question for anyone who is smarter than me (which is pretty much everyone else here): how do I get these things on my phone without using email?  Is there a software program or something I can use?  All help appreciated.
