They have screwed up my billing process for twice in the last 6 months.  Instead of auto payments, they have just been letting my bill acrue over time and charging me the late fees.

At the end of December I got a letter for a bill that was over 500bucks.  And I just got one for Jan/Feb that is 359.00 bucks.  I'm sorry, its not FUCKING Feburary yet!

So I decide fuck the fines for cancelling the lines, I am going to switch to Verizon.

That was up till I remembered it would be $175.00 per line, I have 2 on my service.  I can barely get gasoline, let alone dole out 350bucks to cancel my phones.

So I decided to look at my contracts much more closer than I had before.  My wifes phone costs $9.99 per month.  Mine is $59.99 per month.  Text messages are free.

So, that's not to bad.  Wait...

How in the blue hell does that equal 160 bucks a month?

I looked closer, SVC charges.  Bring her cost up to $$38.97 and mine to $98.97, each friggin month.  I know they get you with the fee's but this is friggin rediculous.

I know they have tons of babble to explain the how's and why's, but I think I am going to get on the phone tonight (land line) and make them explain it to me...very very slowly and with alot of detail.  Because I am sure there is nothing they like more than doing that.  I realize I will only be making the person on the other end of the line bored and annoyed...but it will make me feel better.

We have decided when Tax refunds come through, we are going to seriously shoop around for the best deal.  A guy I work with has 3 lines through Verizon and his combined phone bill is around $90.00 a month.  $90.00!!!!!

WTF...WTF.

I have verizon and love it...... as for the tax return, does that mean no tricycle?

I will never sign a phone contract, I don't care how much damn money they give me off on the phone, because you don't have any leverage against the fuckers. Not like you have a lot anyway, but if you call up to get something fixed you have a slightly better chance.

I have Verizon-two phones(buy one get one free-total=49.99)two lines.My bill is 79.90 a month for both.They now have the'Chocolate"phone asa Buy one /get one for 79.99.And there are ways to get out of phone company contracts so you don't have to pay the'early termination'fees.Good luck.

Same thing happened with me at Verizon they suck money turds bro. The home services have been great but I won't deal with there cell phone fucktards again.

All cellphone companies suck ass man. I had ATT/Cingular for years and most the time ok, but any time i had to call them for something, a new feature, billing error, it just seemd to get worse before it got better. Now i'm on Sprint and they're even more fucked up than ATT/Cingular. I ordered a phone and had them transfer my number from att to sprint. So my phone comes and it's got this other number sprint assigned so i called them and was like wtf, you were suppose to move my old number over. So they do that. Now i get 2 bills exactly the same, one for the old number and one for my number. WTF?! Trying to talk to them is like trying to talk to a brick wall. It's no wonder cellphone companies rate so high in customer dis-satisfaction.
