Ok here is the second episode/installment of The Tales Of The Dark Knight Spartan

I decided to add some color to this chapter. I might continue to do that or stay with the grey tones we'll see. As I mentioned yesterday I have finished the pencils on the third episode as well. Just have to add copy and maybe color. So look for that early next week. Your not going to want to miss it, we get to meet The Dark Knight Spartan's version of Cortana. :D:

As I stated before, this is a homage, and is being done solely for myself, as practice, as self promotion and for fun. All copyrights and TM's belong to their respective owners. So without further adue, "TALES OFTHE DARK KNIGHT SPARTAN" Episode #2

Bats!! Nice work. and to answer your question about who is the artist now doing the work in the Mighty avengers..it is; Mark Bagley doing the penciling...although pages 2-4 of this months book were done by Marko Djurdjevic..

I love it man, I want to see more, keep up the great work. Hey I just noticed a typo, You probably did what I do al the time when I read something I made and I see it as I want it to appear and just overlook the tiny details. The word "range" in the first word balloon is missing it's "r". Just trying to help! :)

Thanks everyone. Glad your liking it :-) Thanks V10L3N7_JAY, I appreciate the editorial eyes. :D Ill fix it and repost. Im a horrible speller and am always missing stuff like that. Also appreciate your supporting my new stuff in-spite of the fact that I haven't finished my old stuff.  Like I promised, I will get it done :D Gatsu Ill try to post tomorrow what my process is for the pencils. I'll drop in some screen shots to help. Its pretty straight forward stuff nothing to fancy. Most of the success comes in spending allot of time on the initial pencils to get them crisp and clean before you even scan them. More on this tomorrow. :D Thanks LB for the Mighty Avengers update. I was in my shop today picking up my books so I saw that Bagley was now doing the interiors. Made me unhappy, I really loved Frank Choi's pencils. I didn't pick it up. Cant bring myself to by a book that has art I dont dig, even if Im liking the story. I didn't catch though that Djurdjevic did a couple of spreads. I may have to pick that issue up just for that on second thought. :D I like his stuff allot. He did a short sequential piece in a recent Dardeveil annual or special addition and it was spectacular. His cover work is beyond awesome and his sequential art is right there too. - BAT

nice work man. how do you get the pencils cleaned up so well? and to actually work well with the color? I'm having issues with that. Want a pic to look more painted looking, but can never get the pencils layer to cooperate. lol.
