I know there's not too many of these.

But! Rocking out on this game has made me want to pick up my guitar again. Of course, being the weirdo I am, it's a classical guitar, not a electric. I doubt my gaming ability (or lack thereof) will do me any good when re-learning, but I can only hope.

Anyone out there GH players and real guitar players? Even better, any classical guitarists out there? I'd love to have a few tips. So far, I've got the guitar restrung and I'm working on learning how to tune it.

I played guitar hero 2 for the first time right around the time I started teaching myself classical guitar. Guitar hero has helped my pinky be not so retarded.

I'm an avid GH/RB fan. I also have been playing guitar for over 20 years. I've learn a couple of well-known classical riffs to use in my own music, but I've never really learn the classical guitar. Although I love to watch and listen to it being played. The best thing the GH series has done for guitar playing is getting your fingers to move independently from one another as well as at least getting used to the the strumming motion. Other than that, at least it has introduced some actual good guitar rock to the younger generation instead of the crap that makes up 90% of the radio waves today.
