Found a Home, need financing

SO we found a mobile home we both liked and we called yesterday to see about getting financing and will find out Thursday if we can get financed with a low amount down.  In other news the sewer backed up in my apartment complex again last night so I didn't get to bed till 11:30pm.  This happens once every couple of months.  I call and tell them that the sewer is backed up againa s usual, they sent out a new maintenance guy who plunges my toilet for about 30 minutes and then decides he needs to check the sewer and then is like I guess it is the sewer I will have to call and get some other guys out here to help, and then he disappears for about 30 minutes.  So I go to bed and they wake me up to tell me it is fixed at 11:30.  During the wait I downloaded the Bioshock demo, jesus that took forever and a day.  Anywho, the game is Awesome and I don't like FPSs.
