Great way to start the week...

Got a flat on the way to work today. Thats always fun. Not quite the work out I was expecting this morning, but whats odd is it didn't bother me as much as it would normally.
There was a quick "aww crap..." and then thats about the extent of it.

I guess over this past week after getting so many bad stress headaches and a migraine that dropped me like a bitch, I finally learned to just chill out and go with the flow. Shits gonna happen, and you can't think straight when you are stressing.

For those on the site that read my blog, but don't know Jolly Roger, keep him and his family in prayer...especially their daugher Meg. She's had a rough weekend (to put it lightly)...and she needs prayer and healing. So keep her in prayer guys & gals. Every little bit helps.
