So from day one I told them that my brakes made this chug chug chug noise when I stopped and it was only on the rear passenger brake. They said that is normal for open wheel rims. I was like it didn't make any noise before you changed my brakes. So now it is making this horrific grinding noise when I stop and then for a little bit when I take off again, so I took it in last night and guess what my brake pad is metal on metal and grooving the rotor alittle. It has only been 17000 miles since I had the new brakes put on, with a warranty...... the warranty only covers 12000 miles go figure. So they will not replace the brake for free even though they suppossedly checked that brake every time I brought my car in to get the tires rotated. So then they call me today and are all we can get the caliper and rotor replaced for 134. I can get it for that if I do it myself, plus no labor charge. NEVER EVER get your tires or brakes from FIRESTONE. ---End of rant---
