Save your money for a decent AR. Cost you twice as much, but in accuracy, range, and recoil you cant beat it. The AK is an excellent utilitarian weapon that will always work. For good price comparison, look at an online used gun marketplace like gunsamerica.com. Should give you an idea of what the market rate is, but with used so much of it depends on condition.
