Choatic Accord Plays first Ladder match!!

Well, tonight we played our first ladder match. Our team has come a long way since we started putting it together. Me, KS63, Mrs Fire, FL Kracker and nutstradamus have spent alot of time playing together.. learning and creating strats to help us play well together, etc. and tonight we finally got to go head to head against another ladder team.

We challenged str8 tardin, and had a wonderful match. All the games were close, and very enjoyable. They chose to play KotH on Construct, Slayer on Construct, and CtF on Narrows. Our two games were Slayer on Pit, and Guardian Ball, but we didnt get to game 5. We would take the match 3-1. Tardin won the CTF on narrows, after both teams faught hard for 19 minutes lol.

We have accepted a challenge from DoB, and expect to be re-challenged by revelation anytime now. We've set Wedensday nights as our team nights because thats when ALL 5 of us can be on. So that'll be the night easiest to catch us all. However, for the most part we are all on every night for a little bit, except for a few. Id like to thank these guys and gal, for teaming up with me, its been a great experiance thus far, and my game has really improved since. So thanks guys, hope ya read this, and here's too a long lasting team :).

Other than that, I dont have much to blog about this evening. I didnt play so well in this match, so hopefully I just had another bad night. I've been struggling of late for some reason.. prolly just in a rut im sure. but I went a combined 44-36-51 in the 3 Games I played. I sat out game one, KoTH on Construct. Now, for some you may say.. OMG you went negative 7 lol. But nah I actually feel like thats a good number, because I had 12 Assists per game, and i went 29-12-29 in the CTF game, and 9-12-9 in the Pit slayer game... but a CRAPPY 6-12-13 in the Construct Slayer game. So, actually I guess you can say i had ONE BAD game.. and 2 pretty good games lol.

As for my 4 teammates.. they all did Great.. communication was there.. knowledge of what we were trying to do was there.. CHEMISTY is there. and I enjoyed every minute of tonights match, and can not WAIT.. until we get in there for another one. Look forward to testing out how far we've come against all these teams in the ladder, and CBTS.. we're coming for ya!!

Yea i'll blog about that before I go.. We scrim CBTS on occasions and take a beating from Pro's lol. But hey it's made us all better, and its great to win out a BR battle against any of them. In the near future they are gonna begin doing some lessons, for a fee, in order to raise funds to help support thier team goals. So head on over there, get to know em, get some lessons, and show your support for them as they prepare for MLG Orlando 2008. You can read thier team news.. Challenge them to a match, set up scrimmages with other teams from other sites etc etc. But most importantly you can keep up with CBTS News and how thier doing. Fire and neksone are both members of Team CBTS. A great bunch of guys with alot of knowledge when it comes to COMP Halo. So be sure and check that out... just a site about thier team..support em!!
