---------Avoiding a Double Blog
Prepping for metabolism shift with quitting smoking. I basically am going back on the diet that worked for me two years ago to boost my metabolism up and get me through quitting with the least amount of weight gain. I have dropped from 10 smokes a day, down to 4. I only take 4 in my purse to work, so if I smoke them all, I am SOL. I am hoping that by changing two habits at one time, and moving to the 5 small meals a day plan, I will avoid the smoke breaks that have filled that time in the past. So far, so good! I'm going to keep tabs on this in my blog. :p
Breakfast - Yogurt, Vitawater, Smoke
AM Snack - Banana, Water
Lunch - Chicken soft taco with extra lettuce (1), Water, Smoke
PM Snack - Apple, Water
Dinner - Damn who knows I am starving to death!!!!!!! :)
