Blowing Shit Up

I LOVE fireworks.

Ever since...well, as far as I can remember, July 4th has been second only to Halloween as my favorite holiday. My father used to always (back when you could in Connecticut) get a pretty bang up package of fireworks to light off each year. That, and then the parades and town/county fireworks and it was just a time when being a kid was a whole lot of fun. Well, for a few years while we lived in NC, I made the trek into SC for fireworks and all was good. But for the past 4 years, we've lived in PA and surrounded by other pansy states that don't allow jack.

Fortunately this year the Mrs. found herself up at her parents place this month, and then up for a few days to the lake house in NH. NH is the nuts. NH lets ya' get anything practically. And she did.
