Back to school time! Thank goodness my boy isn't all that fashion conscience. or wait....what? Of course this stuff fits. It's not fitting? WHAT?
My boy is a fashionista apparently. Cargo pants, "flops", and jagged, marked up graphic t-shirts? Is he trying to get into USC?
And here is another thing... School supply lists. I know everyone doesn't buy all this stuff.... I think that is why they ask for so much. Here is our new list for 2nd grade classes.
- 2 boxes of 24 Crayola Crayons
- 12 glue sticks
- 2 packages of pencils
- 1 package of pencil top erasers
- 1 pair of children's scissors
- 1 package of Expo Dry Erase markers
- 2 solid color folders with pockets
- 1 pencil pouch
- 1 pencil box
- 3 marble covered composition notebooks
- 1 1½" clear view 3 ring binders (white with clear sleeve)
- 1 standard size bookbag without wheels
- 1 pack of wide ruled notebook paper
- 1 package of sheet protectors
- 1 gallon and 1 quart ziploc bag
- 1 container of baby wipes and 1 roll of paper towels for student dry erase boards
Putting it in bold purple letters doesn't make me buy it any more cheerfully. (okay, you can't see the purple funky font from their website....but it's hideous, believe me)

Can I has Clutch! I subbed into a Rainbow 6 game last night and helped win! I didn't die the first match of the first map, I only died once (via frag) on the 2nd match. WOOT! VIVA LA RAINBOW! -
On a side note, it's kinda funny that when one of the guys had to leave mid-game, the Rainbow Captain had to ask my husband if I could please get on and play. I am on the GB roster simply because I play it casually, but I haven't logged more than 10 hours on that game! The other team got a big kick out of it, tried to make fun. I was not very nice back.
Asshat#1: "Ya dumb bitch, can't believe we have to play this stupid dumb bitch."
Me: "Damn son, you kiss your mother with that mouth?"
Asshat #2: " His mom's in jail, yo, he can't talk to her."
Me: "She's getting too much pussy in there to even make a phone call to her kid?"
Asshat #1: "I'm gonna kill this dumb bitch."
Me: "Yeah, you let me know how that goes."
I didn't die that match, and he was my first kill. Shottie to the face, son. They were quiet after that. Yeah, maybe I was out of line, but these guys were dead nasty - pulling the typical GB crap where they tried to get a win off of every little thing (game settings, gamertags, forced starts).
