Not any particular Wookie or Klingon, say take 100 or so of each, strip down any tech weapons such as blasters, or phasers. Gladiator style, who would win?

Klingon battle tactics would overwhelm the hapless Wookies. I like Wookies and all but, they would be going up against a race who's entire culture is based around war and combat. The Klingon's society is built on centuries of war. The everyday life of a Klingon is battle and war and thinking about battle and war, and worshipping those who are best at waging war. Combat is their religion. I don't think it would even be close. : )

I think gladiator style the wookie would win. Their size would be too much for the Klingons to overcome without weapons.
