Shared on Thu, 12/11/2008 - 21:04As I've mention before I have a friend that works at Gamestop. When he's there I'll run in for a quick visit since my favorite bookstore and coffee shop is only a couple of doors down. this time it was in the afternoon so the Mom's were out in force, and I couldn't help but notice some of the quesions he was having to field. "Excuse me, but does this game go with this console?" Does the Wii only come in white?" What does this big M mean on the cover?" I really hope you have a smarter lot to deal with in your part of the world, but if stupid questions were gold, he'd gotten rich in the single hour I was there. when our's was younger,I didn't know all there was to know about their toys either but I tried to learn enough to know if I wanted them to have it or not. I understand as well that there's more out there now but if your child's hobbies are a stranger to you, something is very, very wrong. In this season of giving that were in now we need to remember that hug's and kisses are free, and an hour out of our day to spend time with them won't kill us either. If it does were dead already. Trust me, they grow up faster than you think and it's ALWAYS the little things that they remember. Sure spoil them with toys, but spoil them with yourself as well. Peace out.
