THE SORRY STATE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!

I'd like to start by thanking all those from this site for all their help in the last few days.

I'd been having some router problems lately so I decided it was time to go for an upgrade since our needs had grown to 3 game systems and 2 computers, I went and purchased a wireless-N gigabit router. I get this thing home and NOTHING I do will allow my gaming systems to connect by wireless signal.biznazz was the first to come to my rescue and had me lower the security setting. Other brothers come to my aid with all logical advice doing nothing. Lastly I gave in and called customer service. Here I am talking to someone in a third-world country trying to make me believe his name is Eric.Did I mention I was on my cell? Smuck could not say the word shit in english if his mouth was full of it. All I could understand was I had to call EACH system and get an ip address. This was not my first rodeo with networks and I'd never had to do it in the past. After 2 more hours passed, I broke down and called xbox only to learn what I already knew. It was the router all the time. I called CISCO, (please remember that name.), again only to get somone else wh did not know english from his ass to start to tell me to x....was all he got out before I hung up. all day wasted and I'll know next month how many minutes of air time. In closing, I'd like to take a moment to address Cisco and other companies who outsource customer service to countries who can't speak our language; YOUR NO GOOD GREEDY JOB STEALING SONS OF UNAMED GOATS, EITHER MAKE SURE THEY UNDERSTAND ENGLISH IF YOUR GONNA SELL YOUR JUNK IN THIS COUNTRY OR TAKE THE PRODUCT AND $^&^&%^&^&^&&*&&*%&^&^&*^^*&*%^&*^&%&))__&&^&^&^&% AND SHOVE IT UP YOUR ASS, BOX AND ALL WITHOUT ANY LUBE AT ALL. THAT IS IF YOU CAN FIND YOUR BACKSIDE.. PEACE OUT
