Agreed about the map size. I think it would be soooo cool to have a game where you actually had to go and track down the enemy. instead of just running around for 5 mins then shooting the hell out of each other.

I am pretty sure these Beta maps are just a taste of what the full game will provide. IW Peasant also said there were other game modes beyond CTF/TDM/SD

Yeah I know the beta is a small part, I was refering to the concept of run and gun as opposed to having a strictly tactical game where you have to move militarily, who overwatch etc. I really think that would be pretty cool.

CoD4 is pretty awesome, best in the series IMO for Single Player.. Multiplayer is good...but got boring fast for me.\r \r I enjoyed CoD2 and 3 as well.. awesome games..best WW2 FPS ever..\r \r BUT I will say this.. CoD4 should not be considered a modern FPS game.. its just a arcade shooter really (SP wise) you cant mod your weapons, there is ZERO tactics, highly scripted.. which yes is exactly like all the other CoD games, but did not advance the series game play wise. \r \r It doesnt make sense to me why they did not go more tactical. It would have been awesome for them to do a tactical game.\r \r At least we have R6V2 coming..

Each to their own buddy. Some games just don't appeal to people like they do to others.

I'm in the same boat Jay. although I do own it...it doesn't impress me really.\r \r It doesn't tickle my boy parts quite like Gears and Halo do. Guess I'm just not into the \"hyper-real\" shooters.

as soon as i had enough XP i used prestige. then i kept playing and got to 55 and used prestige again. i think i would get bored very quickly if i just stayed on 55 and let all my XP points after every match go to waste. also the challenges are fun to complete and they keep me entertained while i climb to 55 again.

Don't go prestige! I've been at 55 for two months and I have no desire to fight through the levels again. \"Stay Alive at 55\" is my motto!

After tourney I'll pop in.
