Damn I lost the "host" connection about 5 times last night on Xbox love. What was going on there?! Playing Horde and getting to level 14 and rising fast then getting knocked off isn't my idea of fun. Speaking of fun, I finished Left4 Dead awhile ago but haven't gotten a chance to play online until last night and either I'm doing something wrong or the game really sucks. In VERSES where you get to play as one of the infected, what's the point? Yeah I can vomit on survivors, but only once. After that I get killed instantly. Hunter dude has me standing there holding on to RT and nothing happens. Atleast no pouncing that I see. Why is every-single-time I spawn right next to the survivors and I can't spawn because I'm right next to the survivors so I have to run down the block, then spawn, then run back, just to get killed and wait 27 or 30 seconds to spawn which is too long.

I am with you on Versus - I tried it once and have no interest in playing again...But I love me some Left 4 Dead campaign

You guys are doing it wrong. The Vs mode in that game may be the best ever in any game period. Yes, you pretty much only get 1 vomit with the Boomer. But it makes the horde attack the survivors plus they can't see so they shoot each other a bit. Once you throw up, run at them because you explode and cover them again. WIth the Hunter, make sure you crouch first (LB button) then you can pounce. And you can jump really far if it's aimed correctly. With the Smoker, try to pick off straglers, or pull people off of ledges. Make sure you attack as a team. The hunter doesn't do much good by himself, but if a Boomer throws up 3 of them, and the smoker pulls the 4th one away, the 2 hunters can do some massave damage while the other players can't see. Especially since they blend in with the horde that will be running at them because of the vomit.
