getting settled

I am still so busy with my move, getting settled in and figuring out what I want to take from the house.  First on the list--my crockpot.  I needed some more clothes, too.  And wine glasses.  It was absolutely freezing and pouring down rain, so that is all I got yesterday.  Then I went to Target and got some little things that you don't realize you need until you look for them, and they aren't there.  And I bought a bedside table, brought it home and put it together in less than an hour.  It is NOT leadboard, either.  Now I can read in bed and actually see what I'm reading!  The weekend slipped by so quickly!

We were supposed to get up to 10 inches of snow last night.  Well, maybe somebody did, but I got around an inch.  I haven't been out yet, there may be ice under it.  What fun!  It will not melt today, but it will all be gone in a few days cuz the weather is going to flip-flop again. 

Once again I want to thank all of you that have given me support when I needed it.  I have gotten PMs and even phone calls from some of you, and I appreciate it.  I even heard from a ghost from my past.  Hmmmmm
