Last night I was relaxing playing TexasHoldEm with some peeps when a series of noises put me into "Mommy High Alert".  LadyisRed did you pass me some of your mojo?  lol
 
Heard:
hardslap
giggle
kUHwhap
giggle
KNOCK (like on wood, very hollow sounding)
pause...
SCREAM
 
Running into my son's room I expect to see my daughter screaming and my son stuttering excuses. 
 
Nope.
 
What I see is my SON screaming like a little girl holding his mouth with one hand and something small tightly gripped in the other; my DAUGHTER has a bad case of OMG face and is asking me for some ice.

This is afterall my child... /roll eyes
 
She clocked him.  Knocked his tooth out.
 
Slap game gone bad.... I dunno they tend to roughhouse occasionally.  My son swears they weren't smacking each other in the face... that my daughter just straight up punch him.   Hmmmmm..... I wonder who does that?  ;)  (See, LAN notes)   Afterwards my son kept crying and laughing at the same time... strange combo .... he was tickled about it, but wasn't ready for the tooth to come out.  Apparently it had been loose for about a week.  He's got a nice bump on his chin, a slight bruise in the corner and the tooth missing of course...lol

On my last pair of Aqua tinted contacts.  I don't think I will get these again.  I am one of those contact wearers that never take them out... ever...  sleep in them.  I wear them for 6 to 9 months typically.  I've done this since for years and years, my optomitrist doesn't know and I always laugh a little when he comments how perfect and healthy my eyes are.  My theory... everytime you take out your contact you are getting crap on them.  I don't care how well you wash your hands.... debris gets on them.  I never take them out... and I clean them in my eyes everymorning with Renu cleanser.... yes, drops of cleaner in my eyes.  Damn. It sounds looney I know but there is no pain, no burning, no problem. I'm going on 24 years now doing this.  Worn contacts since I was in the 4th grade.

My wife does the same thing with her contacts. It drives me crazy and I'm sure she's going to go blind one of these days.
