Not sure I am asking for the right people but anyways....   I am trying to find out what equipment I would need to purchase to make stickers.  I am wanting to sell stickers in my school store.  things like baseballs with the kids number in it, initials of the school, junk like that.  I am also wanting to be able to make small stickers for remote control cars.  What kind of equipment do I need?  Is it a plotter and a vinyl cutter?  If so, what kinds and costs?  Any help you can give would be appreciated.

If you do it yourself it could potentially cost a lot of money - far cheaper to outsource to a printing company. I don't know what's in your area but I have used FedEx Kinko's in the past for business publications, and they do phenomenal work quickly and at a great cost. The other option (the cheapest route) is to print the stickers on label paper from Staples, and cut them yourself. Problem with that is the ink will run if you use an inkjet, or smear/rub off with a laser printer.
