Rapido y Enojado

I have never seen the Fast and the Furious. Any of them. Not because I purposely stayed away, they just never interested me. So I keep seeing the commercials for the new one and got curious about the series. Thank god for Netflix! Yesterday the first movie arrived at my house, so we will be watching it this evening.


 


However--tonight is also the inaugural night of a new tradition I am starting--Wednesday 'No English' night. My girlfriend is from Mexico, and has been wanting me to learn english so I can converse with her family. I have of course been very lazy about this and still speak spanish at a first-year level. I know the names of animals and body parts and shit, but can't really work a conversation.


So I decided this weekend to implement No English night.  I guess tonight I will be talking about the 'carros rapidos' and the 'pellon'. Hell I don't even know how to say the name of the damn movie, "Los Rapidos y Los Enojados" is the best I can do.  So tonight will be muy interessante!

yup looking up some classes at the college down the street, going to take some classes on speaking spanish as well..when i start taking the classes we can have a spanish gaming night!

I tell the Ecuadorian guys on the work site to speak and teach me Spanish.
