I love Tears for Fears own and still listen to their stuff. I watched last years AI....David Cook!!! That Adam Lambert guy did a great job. I'm gonna listen to it again.

I admit to watching Idol, but can only do so when it's Tivo'd, as I have to forward through all the fluff crap. My sister-in-law was in town a while back and raving about this guy before I saw him. I was skeptical based on appearance, as he looked like a 'My Chemical Romance' wannabe, but now I'm convinced he's a shoe-in to win. Natural born talent with amazing stage presence and chops that brings an individual spin to everything he sings. And what a great tune, including the rendition that made the Gears commercial oh-so-haunting.

That version was don by Michael Andrews & Gary Jules. You can find it on the sountrack to the movie"Donnie Darko" That' an excllent version.
