The first time I got medicine for the kids from target I was amazed. One of those "why didn't someone think of this earlier!" moments. The little plug in the top makes it so you can just flip the bottle upside down and use the Syringe they give you. A total no mess experience (other then your kid spitting the medicine up all over themselves, you, and the couch)
Then one day I thought about it and I stole the little plug from a target bottle and shoved it in an OTC bottle. IT FIT!!! (how sad my life has become that things like this make me giddy) So I traded that one little plug back and forth in between bottles for a week.
The next time we had to get drugs from target I had Shakes ask for a few of the plugs. The guy was confused at first but Shakes explained and he was impressed, and he let us take home a few.
So now all our OTC bottles have the little plug in them and life is just a little bit easier
Just a little warning, the plugs come in a few different sizes and so do bottles. So you might want to test them to make sure they are the right size before you get home. The guy at target let shakes open the bottle right there and make sure the plug he was getting was the right size.
