Adventures in Culoland!!!

It's ACTUALLY raining in Arizona.  Gasp here.  Looks like I'll have to suck it up and play video games all weekend since the weather is permitting.

The new night shift tech is just about finished his 1st week of orientation.  So far this week, he's ignored me for the most part.  I've been sent off to work by myself in the 128 slice scanner (not complaining!).  On Wed, he did ask me about my Dansko shoes, if they were comfortable, then turned to Dave (kickass evening tech) and asked,

"Would those make me look fruity?"  he immediately turned around, raised his hand in a submissive gesture towards me and "You aren't.....gay....or....er...homosexual are you?"

The Coulow response?

Patting Dave on the back lovingly, "Much to the dismay of my coworkers, I, sadly, am not." Dave quickly laughed and nodded.

Now all the Interventional Nurses laughingly ask me out on dates.  Har har har funny girls. 

YAH. Management. You picked a real winner.

In Tony Horton's S&M workout news, though I haven't lost any weight, I have dropped a pant size in 2 weeks.  What are these lumps called?  Muscle?  Funny.  My beloved meatsickle, duching, is still avoiding the abd workout like herpes, but he did quite well with Yoga.  :)  I think he enjoys the Kenpo Karate on Saturdays the most.  I'm still fearing I'll sidekick the tv.

I'd leave on a joke, but I don't have any good ones.   I'll leave with what I've seen in healthcare this week:

A woman with a State Trooper.  MVA.  Crashed in Maricopa county, 26 people, 18 apprehended.  Traveled from Guatamala with 20lbs of Dope.  The State Trooper was cool as shit, while he apologized for cleaning his armored vest.  "I chased her on foot for 3 miles, sorry if I stink up this room, I just want to clean my vests off."

Ain't no thang police man, your job is bad ass indeed.
