Back to the Desert

Well Its been awhile since I blogged here. A lot has been going on. I am currently in Germany however that is about to change. I can not divulge very much information but suffice to say within the next 96 hours I will be in a very hot, dry, angry, place that starts with the letter  “I”. Can you guess? Some of you thought that I was going to another country that starts with the letter “Q” in the same region but plans, like underwear get changed.

This will be my third and hopefully last freaking time over there. I am close to retirement and am looking forward to finally being able to spend some time with my wife and the little Madame (My daughter, you have to know her). Anyway, If anybody is interested in keeping in touch I have set up a blog site outside of here (depending on where we go some sites are blocked). The web addy is as follows…

this site has been approved as a blogging site by my leadership. Probably because they can keep an eye on it. So don’t expect to see battle plan overlays or tactical plans there. It will be me talking about how damn hot it is and why we have to have chicken in the dining facility (DFAC) every freaking night of the week. See, your already learning things.
