PS3 goodness

I tried out my new PS3 last night.  Borderlands is the only game I have, so I cranked it up and jumped right in.  I think it is relatively easy to start, cuz I've got this little robot thingee sorta leading me along, and I only get shot at by maybe 2 bad guys at a time.  I like the fact that most of the things you can "pick up" are lit up.  Good thing or I would miss everything!  I now have 3 whole guns and go through ammo like crazy.  Bad shot, I know.  I need to stay away from automatic rifles, I think.  I can't seem to let go of the trigger and use all my ammo up very quickly.  And miss whatever I am aiming at.  It was a fun start, tho, and we'll see how that goes.

My personal dillema.....the holidays.  I asked my daughter what she thought, and she didn't have any idea.  Then a light bulb went on and she said, a cruise!  Yes, let's break tradition and go on a cruise!  Ya gotta luv her, she is a great daughter.  I am actually thinking about that.  I have been racking up points for either a free cruise or upgrade for years.  I now am to the point that I could take myself and a partner on a 3-4 day cruise just for points, that is, FREE!!!!  The partner thing is a little awkward, tho.  My person of choice is not available atm, so the thing to do would be to give it to daughter and son-in-law for a Christmas present.  Then, we only need room for 3 more, 2 gsons and me.  I am REALLY thinking about this.  What fun!
