And as our pediatrician put it “He’s been hearing his name too often” ( He was recently diagnosed with ADHD). He was starting to get a little down on himself so I decided to throw him a video game party with his friends. We invited three friends from church to come over, eat pizza, and play some games. I thought they would play a little wii and maybe some of the other games we own- but they hit the Halo right away and apparently spent their whole time in Halo. I took the younger kids to my mom’s church’s halloween party so I wasnt here for the party, (I figured it would be way easier to not have to keep the other kids away) but Shakes says that fun times were had by all.Andrew sadly got pwned by one of his friends (Andrew actually doesnt play video games often, which is surprising with who his parents are) but for his first LAN, I dont think he minded too much. I work with all of these kids at church and I had the hardest time getting them to talk about church things this sunday, and stop talking about all the fun gaming moments they had while at our house. lol (and inside my head I was actually thrilled to hear about them, but Im sure the children's leader wasnt too impressed to hear about them during her sunday school lesson lol)
