In the past I've had people from PCP mostly since I'm playing MW2 all the time send me a game invite. Sometimes I am doing very well (which is rare) and don't want to lose 3300 match points so I wait till the round ends, go to the dashboard only to find the request is gone. Jesus H. Christ can't XBL give you 5 minutes until they erase the thing?!?!

It has nothing to do with XBL. The invite disappears when they go into a game and the room fills up

It goes away when the opportunity for you to join the game has expired. This could be for any number of reasons including the room filled or didn't fill but they started a ranked match and are out of the pre-game lobby.

Fish this is all your fault! I HAVE BEEN SERVED! Ok I understand, but it's more fun to be angry. Thank you everyone.\r Fish you'll be happy to know I am again sick and now have a sinus infection so besides having a railroad spike in the side of my head I've lost my voice. Do I need to speak to you if we ever get to play L4D2?
