Moving right along...

The interview went extremely well.  It looks like I will be moving to Virginia, working in Suffolk.  Well, I haven't been offered the job yet, but I know they have called at least one of my references, and the person I interviewed with said she would call me by the end of the week.  To tell ya the truth, I have applied for so many jobs, I wasn't sure even which one this was.  But, it is a moot point, cuz it is an altogether new job.  They are combining 2 offices to make one big one, and they need someone to be the stable person that is there every day, knows the patients, and knows the job.  The doctors and nurses both rotate thru each office every day, so it is a different clinic every day.  Weird, I know.  But it is a combination care manager, office manager, chemo slinger, and basically jack of all trades, well, oncology anyways.  She told me she had me in mind for this job, which is a definite PLUS!  So, keep your fingers crossed for me!

On the other side of my life, I had my final meeting with the lawyers and stbx, and everything went extremely well.  We were able to divide up our assets without argument, and got the whole thing done in record time.  Now, the lawyers are drawing up a separation agreement for us both to sign, then.....  Then is the really scarey part, starting a new life.  New man, new job, moving to Virginia.  Scarey.  I might be to old for this....NOT!!!!
