Hey, another long time between blogs. Oh, well, been busy as hell coloring comic books for a living. Been feeling really burnt out making other people's artwork look nice so I took a couple days to do some of my own. Here's some sketches that I did on paper then scanned into Photoshop to do some painting:

awesome stuff man! I see you also post on Digital Webbing. That's a cool site. I need to get a new stylus for my tablet so I can get back into doing some digital stuff.

Yeah, I used to post there a lot a few years ago but my account as beefynutcase got banned after a heated argument with an asshole, lol. Just started a new one though.

haha, my dad would fully agree with that statement. He was an old school draftsman who worked on a drafting board with pencil and eraser. Then they switched to Autocad and he hated it but learned it as he went. But he and his co-worker were the only two who kept their drafting tables. They said it was quicker to make quick changes by putting the print out up on the board and making changes or adjustments by hand instead of trying to do them in the computer.
